The N scale AC4400CW is one of the most popular trains, be it a model or the real thing. The AC4400CW can be easily spotted in any form, model or real thing, because of the DC-to-AC inverter cabinet on the left side behind the cab. Also, the dynamic brake grids right above the inverter are a dead give away. The Kato N scale AC4400CW model actually represents an early production of the AC4400 with three girds. The N scale AC4400CW model comes packaged with many cool features for the collector to assemble, and the paint and lettering is beautifully crafted, making this train really stand out. At a cost of $105 and up, it’s something you just can’t refuse!
The AC4400 was an impeccable locomotive, which makes them ideal for modeling. Though it’s a bigger locomotive, it’s an awesome addition to any collection. There is no doubt that the N scale AC4400CW will be as popular among modelers as the real locomotive was with the modern railroad.
